This place was perfect for us, totally recommend. The hotel was incredibly beautiful and nice, truly enjoyed mountain view from our suite. The room we had included a safe, cable TV, and a mini-fridge-bar. Very good breakfast and other services were excellent! It was in a very central location, to safari on time.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, modern, and spacious, with a lovely balcony to relax on. The hotel facilities, including the pool, were perfect for a quick dip and relaxation. The staff was exceptional, helping us with extra seats by the pool and towels. They even organized parking and a driver for us to explore the beautiful surroundings, including mountains and safaris. The breakfast served here was the best we've had in Sri Lanka, and we can't stop talking about it.

My stay at the Grand Serendib Hotel was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the modern and welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted me with warm tea and wet towels, making me feel instantly at home. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a beautiful balcony offering panoramic views of the city. The bathroom was immaculate, with a strong rainfall shower that was a joy to use. In the mornings, I enjoyed a diverse and tasty breakfast with a breathtaking view of Kandy. The hotel also had a small pool, although I didn't have a chance to try it. The overall service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. I must also mention the infinity pool, which provided a stunning backdrop and was the perfect place to relax. The hotel's location was great, just a short walk from the city center but still away from the hustle and bustle. While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the average food quality and the need to take a tuk-tuk to get around, these were easily outweighed by the hotel's many positive attributes. I highly recommend the Grand Serendib Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kandy.

Our stay at Grand Serendib was simply amazing. The external and internal exteriors of the hotel were absolutely fabulous, creating a luxurious ambiance. The location, away from the bustling Kandy Main Street, provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. We were in awe of the stunning views from our room, truly a breathtaking sight. The bathroom and shower were top-notch, offering a great level of comfort. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

The location is very central, just off Sri Lanka where the total is plus 25%, the main restaurant, and the palace. The employees are exceptional and pleasant. The breakfast is very very good. The room is spacious with a nice balcony.

The food at Grand Serendib was absolutely delicious and varied. We opted for the half-board option and were blown away by the course menu for dinner. It felt like dining in a high-end restaurant. Breakfast buffet was also great. The rooms were nicely designed with a good balcony and lovely views. The hotel staff were kind and attentive, with the General Manager checking in on us regularly. The pool and overall views were awesome, making our stay enjoyable.

The view from our room was absolutely jaw-dropping, with panoramic vistas that left us in awe. The location of the hotel was ideal, providing a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The swimming pool was a super spot to take a refreshing dip and relax. The staff went above and beyond, especially Rohan and Roshan, their service was mind-blowing. Our room was spacious, modern, and oh-so-comfy, and the balcony was the perfect place to unwind. The poolside seating and towels provided were a nice touch. Breakfast was the best we've had, we still can't stop raving about it! our stay here was an amazing and luxurious experience at an affordable price.
